I don't have a set $ amount I plan on spending but the most would probably be $600. But again, if I can get something cheaper (even much cheaper) that would be ideal.

this is a quite decent computer, anything cheaper would be pointless of buying, if u wanna play games, atleast from those sites..

Hmm ok, how much cheaper do you think it would be to buy the parts separately and build it myself? I'm sure I could find someone here that could help me build it.

So last night i sat down with a buddy of mine who is pretty knowledgeable on computers and these are the parts that we picked out last night for me to build my own computer.

do any of you guys have any pros or cons on any of these items or alternates you would suggest? Do you think this computer would run well enough for Darkfall and other new games coming out?

Thanks for the help

I'd go with AMD 64 x2 processor instead of an intel tbh, had much better experience with them compared to intel and they're cheaper and easy to overclock.

Edit also graphics card, go with Nvidia 8600 costs about 60 dollar?? not sure or an 9600-9800 gt , Prefer nvidia over ATI any day of the week

well im a very big geek at upgrading my comp if it would be me i would get first 1 disc for system and 1 disc for storage, there are a few system disc the got 10000rpm makes the disc loading speed abit faster while the storage disc should have alot cache, well i got 1 system disc on 150 gig with 10000rpm and 2 storage disc on 1t eatch and 32mb cache. but that if u are a geek and want a high performance comp ^^
