No, it's definitly been said that your casting-time increases while walking. That means that you can cast while walking.

i think you all forgot that uo also had cooldowns,im quiet sure that the darkfall team have played uo for a while and knows how to handle the pvp system. no need to worry

UO never had cooldowns, u just had a very slight recast time, which could be skipped if u "speed casted"

Am I the only one who thinks that meele/archery will be the winning factor in Darkfall, not mages, and mages being a "backup DPS" for fighters aka. class cannons .. Just wondering :-)

I'm gonna mix between archery and spells, so well. My guess is that I will find advantages in both.

a recast time is a cooldown,and for the record it even saied cooldown on the left side

one thing your all missing.


cooldowns are in, cooldowns are needed.

Now what you do not want is a global cooldown, cooldown on individial skills/spells are nice. Anyone ever played DAoC?. I liked that system.
The original system I might add.
